Servant Girls Inc.™ is a 501© (3) organization that aims to positively impact women ages 18-

30 as they navigate adulthood. Our program promotes cognitive and social development,

mentorship, community service, academic scholarships, and workshops that enhance

leadership development. As a non-profit organization, we are committed to being a catalyst

that empowers women beyond their circumstances, gives resources, and provides tools that

will equip them to be self-sufficient while breaking the barriers of poverty and improving theirlife outcomes.

The implemented approach has been executed using the 4S Model to impact and cultivate

their lives through community engagement, education, quality relationships, and personal

insight. The 4S model is comprised of four key components: Serve, Study, Social, and

Scholarships. Since the organization's infancy, this model has helped countless women discover

their own strengths and capability while understanding the importance of each component.
